Once your order is placed, your information is directly submitted to the appropriate location for fulfillment. Due to this quick turnaround time, Chazzy.com and our customer service team do not have the ability to change shipping information. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Any requests for delivery address adjustments after purchase completion cannot be guaranteed.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
