1. Can I return or exchange my purchase? Chazzy Couples Boutique and do not accept returns or exchanges on non-damaged products.  Should your item arrive damaged or not functioning we will work with you to get you a replacement of the same product if in stock, or something similar if it is out of stock. does not provide refunds for purchases. Returns & Exchanges

What if you are out of the item I want to purchase? does not currently offer a waitlist or backorder feature on the consumer end.  We will do our best to keep all products in stock and in our store.  You are always welcome to email us at or call us at 678-404-7592 to get details on product inventory, expected delivery date, etc.
  4. Can I place a custom order if you do not typically carry the item?  In the event that we have yet to stock a product that you would like to see, we encourage you to contact us at or at 678-404-7592.  
  5. My product broke only a few months after I purchased it….What do I do?  Chazzy Couples Boutique and always recommend that you register your item for its warranty through the manufacturer upon receiving.  Most times the manufacturer will require your proof of purchase. If you did not yet register it for a warranty we still suggest contacting the company to see what they might be able to do to assist you.  Chazzy Couples Boutique and do not offer in house warranty.  Below you will find a list of the primary manufacturers that we work with.  Click on the link to go to their site and follow the prompts for warranty and contacting.

Does Chazzy Couples Boutique do community events? YES!  We will be rolling out a schedule after mid-August 2021.  If you are someone who is interested in collaborating with us on an event please email Beka: and sign up for our list serve so we can drop you a line when the calendar starts rolling out. 
  7. Do you provide a booking space for private events?  Not at the moment.  
  8. I don’t live in the area but I really wanted to attend (insert event).  Is there a way I can view it online? will have its own Youtube channel in the not-too-distant future where we will post reviews, educational content and appropriate events/seminars/classes.  Stay tuned!
